How I Work

I’m a GHR registered hypnotherapist with a special interest in emotional eating, weight struggles linked to self-esteem, anxiety, and confidence.


Before training as a hypnotherapist, I worked as a weight loss consultant. While I saw people achieve short-term results, it became clear that many were not being supported with the deeper emotional causes driving their behaviour. This understanding is what led me to hypnotherapy.


My approach is compassionate, client-led, and focused on helping you feel safer, calmer, and more trusting of yourself — without shame, pressure, or rigid rules.

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention. You remain fully aware and in control throughout, and you cannot be made to do anything against your will.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person and depends on what you’d like support with. Some clients notice changes quickly, while others prefer a slower, more supportive pace. This can be discussed during your initial consultation.

What if I’m not sure hypnotherapy will work for me?

That’s completely okay. Many people feel unsure at first. The free initial consultation gives you the chance to ask questions, understand how I work, and decide whether it feels right for you — with no pressure to continue.

Sessions & Fees

Hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 60 minutes and are charged at £75 per session.


Some clients choose to book a small number of sessions, while others prefer a more gradual approach. This can be discussed after your initial consultation, and there is never any obligation to commit in advance.
